If you were a participating institution, you can access your complimentary copy by following the instructions below:

  1. Go to www.nacubo.org/login
  2. Use your institutional e-mail address and NACUBO membership password to log in
  3. On the next page, select NACUBO Research Studies link from the menu
  4. Click Access Online Research link
  5. Select 2021 Student Financial Services Benchmarking Report from the list. You can also download and print a copy of the full report from this page.

If your institution did not participate in the 2021 study, the report is available for purchase.
