2021 Student Financial Services Benchmarking Report

Data collection for the 20201 Student Financial Services (SFS) Benchmarking report, supported by TouchNet, will begin in late March 2021. Results will be posted by September 2021. The 2021 SFS Benchmarking Survey instrument provides a listing of all data elements collected, definitions, and help text. For further information about the 2021 SFS data collection, including the name of your institution's SFS survey representative, please send a note to the NACUBO Research Team

The 2020 SFS Benchmarking Report, supported by TouchNet, was released to the public on September 22, 2020.

How to Access the 2020 Report

If you were a participating institution, you can access your complimentary copy by following the instructions below:

  1. Go to www.nacubo.org/login
  2. Use your institutional e-mail address and NACUBO membership password to log in
  3. On the next page, select NACUBO Research Studies link from the menu
  4. Click Access Online Research link
  5. Select 2020 Student Financial Services Benchmarking Report from the list. You can also download and print a copy of the full report from this page.

If your institution did not participate in the 2020 study, the report is available for purchase
