Terri Dautcher has 20+ years of marketing and operational leadership experience in service sector organizations, followed by 8 years as a full-time faculty member at Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. For the past 3 years she has been working as project-based strategic consultant in higher ed. Her corporate background includes experience in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Terri has managed and coached senior executives, and has extensive experience developing and overseeing the implementation of margin driven B2B and B2C strategic and operational plans.
At Plymouth State, Terri was a faculty leader, chairing a range of faculty governance committees and serving as Faculty Speaker. Within the College of Business, where she taught courses in marketing and entrepreneurship, Terri played a material role in the development of new majors, updated course content, and redesigned advising models to better prepare students for success following graduation. Terri also led numerous operational and strategic planning retreats for functional divisions at PSU and served as the Interim Director of Graduate Business Programs.
Terri Dautcher has a BA from Dickinson College, and an MBA from Temple University. She has also completed extensive graduate course work in organizational dynamics, systems thinking, and risk management.
