New OSHA Rules Require Employees to be Vaccinated by January 4, 2022 →

One day after OSHA announced that employers with 100 or more employees will need to ensure that their workers are either fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or that they test negative at least weekly, a federal appeals court temporarily blocked implementation. Report Indicates Net Tuition Prices and Student Borrowing Decline →

The College Board’s 2021 Trends in College Pricing and Student Aid report showed that average published tuition and fee prices (sticker prices) experienced small increases, while net prices and undergraduate borrowing declined. These trends should be interpreted within the context of other trends impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, such as enrollment declines, trends in state and local funding, and funding received through the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF).

Oral arguments are set for December 6 before the U.S. Supreme Court in a case against Northwestern University related to 403(b) retirement plan fiduciary duties.
