Trends in Higher Education Planning

April 12, 2022 | 2–3 pm ET

Overview

The Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) recently published its semi-annual Trends Inside Higher Education, offering a fresh look at issues impacting institutional planners, including funding uncertainty, accreditation pressures, responding to climate change, and continued COVID-19 responses. Academic, DEI, enrollment management, IT, strategic, student affairs, and sustainability campus planners have ambitious goals, but what trends are shaping them? Further, how do business office considerations impact what may be seen as impossible tasks? In this complimentary webcast, Mike Moss, president, SCUP will discuss the latest Trends report with Liz Clark, vice president, policy and research, NACUBO, together with SCUP and NACUBO board members.

Presenters:

  • Lynn Akey, vice president for student success, analytics and integrated planning, Minnesota State University - Mankato
  • Clair Knapp, vice president for finance and chief business officer, Manchester University; board member, NACUBO
